1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules specific to individual games or promotions, form the entire agreement between you and r4447 with respect to your use of the platform.

By completing the account registration process, by depositing funds, or by placing a bet or wager on r4447, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version. r4447 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or an on-platform notification.

These terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency in any translation, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Jurisdiction and Governing Law

r4447 operates as an online gaming platform providing services to players in Bangladesh and other eligible jurisdictions. These terms are governed by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using r4447 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. r4447 makes no warranty that the services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

1.2 Amendments

r4447 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to hold a r4447 account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your account tenure:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as a representative of a corporate entity or on behalf of another individual;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of an employee of r4447 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners;
• You have not previously had an account closed by r4447 for violation of these terms;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion register in a jurisdiction where r4447 recognises such registers.

r4447 may request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 years of age will be permanently closed and any funds — including deposits and winnings — will be forfeited in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of r4447 services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You warrant that all information submitted during registration — and at any subsequent point when updating your account details — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one r4447 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, r4447 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending bets or bonuses, and permanently withhold any balances held across those accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. r4447 strongly recommends enabling OTP-based two-factor authentication, which is available from your account security settings. You must notify r4447 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. r4447 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure or have shared them with a third party.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

r4447 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a national identity card, passport, or driving licence — and proof of address at any point, including but not limited to: at the time of first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds, or when r4447 identifies activity that warrants additional scrutiny. Account withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. r4447 recommends completing verification early to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All r4447 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). r4447 does not apply currency conversion fees on transactions processed through supported local payment methods.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

r4447 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, credited within 60 seconds;
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳1,000;
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard — subject to standard card processing times.

Payment method availability may change without prior notice. r4447 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time. Current payment options are always shown on the cashier page within your account.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful account verification. r4447 processes withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within the same business day for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days. r4447 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests of unusually large amounts or where account activity suggests irregular patterns. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit into your account, or to a payment method registered in your verified name.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and by account verification status. r4447 reserves the right to adjust individual account limits at its discretion, including in response to identified unusual activity.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve consecutive months. r4447 will attempt to contact the account holder via registered email before any dormancy fees are applied. A monthly administration fee may be deducted from dormant account balances in accordance with the fee schedule displayed on the platform. Where a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

5. Betting Rules & Wagering

By placing a bet on r4447, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that bet, including market-specific rules for cricket, football, and all other sports covered on the platform.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at r4447's sole discretion. r4447 reserves the right to decline, restrict, or void any bet at any time before settlement, including but not limited to situations where: a bet has been placed after an event has started (unless it is an in-play market); the odds offered were the result of a manifest error; r4447 has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, collusion, or irregular betting patterns; or technical issues have affected the integrity of the odds or bet placement process.

5.2 Manifest Errors

Where odds or other terms are displayed incorrectly as a result of a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, r4447 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to players' accounts. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. r4447 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct manifest errors promptly.

5.3 Cricket and Live In-Play Markets

Cricket betting on r4447 covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh national team fixtures. In-play markets are available on selected matches with odds updated ball by ball. r4447 operates a short delay on in-play bet acceptance to protect market integrity. All cricket betting is subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a tie, super over, or DLS-adjusted result, r4447 will apply the relevant market rules as specified in the individual market description.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

r4447 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only;
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus once only;
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer terms;
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• r4447 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time;
• Bonuses claimed in breach of these terms, including through duplicate accounts, may be cancelled and any associated winnings forfeited;
• r4447 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that includes bonus-derived funds.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal of the bonus balance is permitted. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Full contribution rates are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

r4447 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, data feed errors, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players, third parties, or platform employees to influence outcomes;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials;
• Laundering proceeds of crime through the platform;
• Providing false information during account registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited;
• Engaging in any behaviour that disrupts, degrades, or compromises the platform's operations or other players' experience.

r4447 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect fraudulent and irregular activity. Where fraud is identified, r4447 reserves the right to reverse transactions, withhold withdrawals, close accounts, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

r4447 may suspend or close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Identification of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour;
• Account inactivity (dormancy) as defined in section 4.4;
• At r4447's sole discretion for any reason not listed above, where it determines that continued operation of the account is not in the platform's interests.

Where an account is closed by r4447 due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where a closure is not the result of a breach — for example, a voluntary closure requested by the player — any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any pending withdrawal checks.

8.1 Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

Players wishing to close their r4447 account voluntarily, or who wish to self-exclude for a defined period, should contact our support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion options include cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, as well as longer-term self-exclusion for 6 months, 12 months, or permanently.
